History

It was founded no later than 1945 (it has been on the lists of settlements of the Uryupinsky district since 1945) ^[2] .

Geography

The farm is located in the steppe region, within the Khopersko-Buzuluk plain , which is the southern end of the Oksko-Don Lowland , at the top of the Prison beam. The center of the farm is located at an altitude of about 135 meters above sea level. On all sides the farm is surrounded by fields ^[3] . Soils are ordinary chernozems ^[4] .

600 m to the north of the farm passes the Uryupinsk - Krasny highway. By road, the distance to the regional center of Volgograd is 350 km, to the regional center of Uryupinsk - 18 km, to the administrative center of the rural settlement of the Krasny hamlet - 7 km ^[5] .
