Two of his brothers hurriedly left China to avoid criminal punishment. In 2015, he created a financial company, thanks to which he was able to fraudulently withdraw 85 billion from the country [3] .

On August 5, 2016, Fininvest , managed by Marina Berlusconi ( Silvio's daughter), signed a preliminary contract for the sale of a 99.93% stake in Milan Football Club to Sino-Europe Sports Investment Management Changxing Co. The club was acquired for 740 million euros. Of these, 220 million will be spent on paying off the club’s debts, and another 90 million will be paid for by Fininvest expenses through the postponed terms of the agreement. Buyers also confirmed their intention to improve the financial situation in the club [4] .

Lee was appointed to the post during a business meeting of the new owners of the "red-black", stating:

I thank Silvio Berlusconi for trust, fans - for patience. We have taken a key step towards the revival of Milan and are starting to build the future. We promise that we will return the legendary club to the top of world football.
