Geographical position

The village of Lipovskoye of the Rezhevsky Urban Okrug Municipality is located 16 kilometers (on a highway 20 kilometers) north-west of the city of Rezh , 84 kilometers north-east of the city of Yekaterinburg , on the left bank of the Bobrovka River (left tributary of the Rezh River) , at the mouth of the Lipovka River (left tributary of the Bobrovka River) [2] .

Village history

The first mention of the settlement in the Census Book of Tobolsk County for the years 1620-1623. In the years 1681-1633 in Lipovka there were 15 courtyards. The first inhabitants were natives of Kaigorod district and Antropiev settlement of Solvychegodsky district (Anchutins). In 1719 there are already 17 courtyards in the village: the Shvetsovs, Voronovs, Mineevs, Onchutins (Anchutins), Chebykins [3] .

The main occupation of the villagers in the 19th and early 20th centuries was arable farming and wages, since 1895 they were engaged in mining gems, called “raspberry sherl,” near the village of Lipovsky, near the Bobrovka river [4] .

In 1900, the farmer P. Rusin discovered a tourmaline vein during arable work. Tourmaline mining has begun. Russian mineralogist A.E. Fersman (1883–1945) wrote that “not a single tourmaline in the world can match the beauty and depth of tone with the lipovsky ones” [2] .

During the civil war, local residents Shvetsov Sergey Stepanovich, Rigin Fedor Grigorievich and Anchutin Dmitry Prokopevich created the first organization of the poor, fought with Kolchak. In 1918 Rigin F. G., Kostousov S. A., Ryakov G. I., Ryakov I. S., Anchutin A. P., Nazarov M. D. were shot by the White Guards. In their memory a monument was erected in the school yard [3] .

In 1918 a village council was created, which was located in the building of the current village administration. The first chairman of the village council was Ivan Zakharovich Andreev. In 1919, the Komsomol Volost Committee was organized in the composition of Mineev Ivan Timofeevich (secretary), Mineev Fedor Yakovlevich, Vetoshkina Varvara Semenovna, Anchutin Vasiliy Ivanovich. In 1921 the first medical assistant was opened, the first head was Nazarov Ivan Mikhailovich. In 1938, he was transformed into a feldsher-midwife center, then the first midwife came to work Mineeva Tatyana Nikolaevna, who graduated from the Nizhne-Tagilskoe medical school [3] .

In 1929, three collective farms were created in the village: “First May”, “Culture”, “New Life”. In 1961 they were transformed into the “Rezhevskaya” state farm, Zemtsov Ivan Vasilyevich became the first director of the state farm [3] . A dairy plant was opened in the village, in 1936 a sawmill (later renamed the Industrial Combine). The Industrial Complex produced bricks, carts, sledges, felt boots. In 1937, the first department store was opened in a stone building and was called “Selmag”. The first sellers were Paramonov Vasily Tikhonovich and his son Michael. In 1945, electricity appeared in the village. The first electrician was Mineeva - Potapova Tatyana Ivanovna. In 1945 a hydrometeorological station was organized, the first head of which was Lozhkin V. A. In 1946, a rural radio station appeared thanks to the efforts of Pershin Kuzma Georgievich. In 1947 a forest range appeared, his first forest engineer was Karpov A.V. [3] .

In 1957, a nickel deposit was discovered in the vicinity of the village. The geological engineer Zhuchenko AG found the ore. Ore mining began for the Rezhev Nickel Plant through the open method until the beginning of the 1990s. Currently, quarries have become a place of geological excursions. And one of the quarries was flooded with groundwater, becoming the deepest artificial reservoir in the Urals with a depth of 120 meters [2] .

In 1967, a new House of Culture was opened (previously, the DC was located in a wooden building) [3] .

School

In 1887-1889, a parochial school was first built in Lipovka. The teacher was pop Chernavin Peter. In Soviet times, the building housed a reading room and a country club. Then a four-year zemstvo college was built. In 1935, the Zemstvo school was transformed into a seven-year school, and in 1941 the first graduation of tenth-graders took place. In 1978, a new modern school was opened [3] .

Church of the Nativity

In the second half of the 18th century, a wooden church was built, which burned down after 2 years. The second wooden church was built and consecrated in honor of the Nativity of Christ, operated until 1839. On May 27, 1833, a stone, three-patron church was built, which was built in 1839. The main altar was consecrated in honor of the Nativity of Christ on June 6, 1847, the right side-altar was consecrated in the name of the prophet Elijah on June 16, 1839 [4] . Then the church was rebuilt, and the southern chapel was re-consecrated on November 12, 1896, the left-side chapel in the name of Rev. Savvatiy of Solovki, the Wonderworker, was consecrated in 1902. Since 1937, the service was not conducted due to the lack of a priest, the temple was not closed, stands in a dilapidated state [2] .

In 1996, the Christ Nativity Prayer House was opened in the village [2] . In the temple itself, worship has resumed since 1998. On September 26, 2015, Metropolitan Kirill of Yekaterinburg and Verkhotursk again consecrated the side-chapels in the name of Elijah the Prophet and Rev. Savvatiy of Solovetsky [5] .

Lipovka hydropathic treatment

There are outcrops of radon waters in the vicinity of the village, their healing properties have been known since the beginning of the 20th century. So, the peasants who worked in the mines knee-deep in water did not catch cold and did not suffer from a disease of the joints and skin. Studies of radon waters in the village began in 1912 under the leadership of A.Ye. Fersman. In 1933, wells were drilled, and in 1953, the Lipovka water treatment facility was opened. In the 1990s, new buildings were built [2] .

Monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War

During the Great Patriotic War, 269 ​​people left for the front, including 9 women. Only 108 veterans returned home, and 161 people died. October 10, 1967 the grand opening of the Monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, which was erected on popular funds. The organizer of the fundraising was Pershin Kuzma Georgievich [3] .

Streets

The oldest (first) street in the village is Sovetskaya Street (formerly called the Old Village). Pervomayskaya Street (formerly Odin), named after the collective farm "First May". Partizanskaya Street (Borovaya), houses were built in a pine forest there. Kalinina Street (Striganovka) was named when the street was built, women began to briefly cut their hair. And the streets of Lenin, Kirov, October Revolution were previously called New Village [3] .
