Victor Aronovich Duvidov ( July 8, 1932 , Spain - February 21, 2000 , Moscow ) - Russian graphic artist, painter, book illustrator, Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1989), People’s Artist of the Russian Federation (1997), State Prize winner Russian Federation (1993).

Biography
Parents - Spanish anti-fascists, died during the Spanish Civil War . Victor was taken to the Soviet Union . From 1937 he was brought up in a family of Moscow doctors Aron and Elena Duvidov. Surname and patronymic were given by adoptive parents.
In 1941-1943, in the evacuation in the Gorky region. In 1944-1950 he studied at the children's art school of the Krasnopresnensky district of Moscow.
In 1955 he graduated with a diploma from the art editor of the faculty of art and technical design of printed materials of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (teachers A. D. Goncharov , I. I. Chekmazov, P. G. Zakharov, etc.).
Since the late 1950s, Viktor Aronovich has been an artist in children's books. Designed more than 200 publications.
He was buried at Donskoy Cemetery [1] .
