Biography
Born in the family of a house painter. In 1912 he graduated from a class of a parish school in the city of Verny. In June - September 1912 - laborer at the Gavrilov tobacco factory. In September 1912 - October 1915, he was a student at a gardening school in Verny.
In October 1915 - March 1917 - gardener of horticultural farms Alekseev, Davydov and Kamensky in the city of Tashkent. In March 1917 - February 1918 - gardener of the Turkestan Agricultural Experimental Station. In February 1918 - March 1919 - the gardener of the fruit nursery Krivtsov in the city of Tashkent.
In March 1919 - March 1920 - a nursery gardener to the agricultural department of the regional land administration in the city of Verny. In 1919 he joined the Komsomol.
Member of the RCP (b) since March 1920 .
In March - September 1920, he was the chairman of the county committee and the head of the village work department of the regional Komsomol committee in the city of Verny (Alma-Ata).
In September 1920 - March 1921, he was the district political organizer of the headquarters of the Reserve Army in the city of Kazan. In March 1921 - March 1922 he was a gardening instructor in a county land department in the city of Almaty. In March - September 1922 - political leader of the 10th Turkestan Rifle Regiment in the city of Kapal, Kazak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In September 1922 - August 1925, he was a student of the working faculty at the Central Asian State University in Tashkent.
In August 1925 - September 1926 - instructor of the Red-East District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
In September 1926 - June 1928 - student and secretary of the party collective of the Central Asian State University. He graduated from three courses of the Faculty of Economics.
In June 1928 - August 1929 - Deputy Head of the Organizational Department, Deputy Head of the Village Work Department of the Tashkent District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan. In August 1929 - April 1930 - Head of the Organizational Department of the Kashkadarya District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan in the city of Bek-Bud. In April - August 1930 - head of the organizational department of the Novo-Urgench district committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan. In August 1930 - March 1931 - head of the organizational department of the Samarkand city committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan. In March - July 1931 - Secretary for organizational and party work of the 4th District of the Central Asian Railway in the city of Kokand.
In July 1931 - March 1933, he was a student in the agricultural department of the Institute of the Red Professor in Moscow.
In February - September 1938, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Organizational Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Uzbekistan in the Ferghana Region.
In September 1938 - March 1940 - 1st Secretary of the Ferghana Regional Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan.
In March 1940 - July 1941 - 3rd Secretary of the Tashkent Regional Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan.
In July 1941 - December 1946 - 2nd Secretary of the Tashkent City Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan.
In December 1946 - May 1950 - 2nd Secretary of the Tashkent Regional Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan.
He died in Tashkent in 1953 (according to other sources - in 1950).
