Route

In 2017, the length of the route was 261 kilometers with 35 climbs and represented four circles of varying lengths that ran along traditionally narrow roads in the Limburg region. The location of the finish line has not changed, in contrast to the profile of the last lap compared to previous years. The last climb to Kauberg, which was located just before the finish line, was now held at the end of the penultimate lap 18.9 km before the finish line. Now the final climb was Bemelerberg 5.6 km to the end of the route. This was done by the organizers in order to try to revive the race much earlier. [1] [2]
