Bastarz (cor .: 바 스타즈; stylized as BASTARZ ) is the first official unit of the South Korean Block B group, created in April 2015. Which consists of two main dancers of the group: Bomb, Yukwon and rapper PO. The sub-unit debuted on April 14, 2015, releasing a mini-album called "Conduct Zero", and on October 31 of the following year, the second mini-album, Welcome 2, was released.

Origin
Although the Bastarz members initially stated that they were randomly selected from the seven members of Block B, they later said that it was all a joke, and also that it was no coincidence that the CEO of Seven Seasons chose them.
History
On April 5 and 6, 2015, Block B announced through a solo teaser photo that PO, Yukwon and Bomb would become participants in the new Bastarz sub-unit. Although Zico was not part of this division, he confirmed that he created the first title track Bastarz.
The unit’s first album was released on April 13, 2015 along with a video for the title track “Conduct Zero”. The album took third place on the Gaon album chart, with the singles “Conduct Zero” “Charlie Chaplin”, “Thief”, “Nobody but You” and “Sue Me” took No. 6, No. 24, No. 63, No. 76 in the digital singles charts Gaon.
Conduct Zero was nominated for five awards in 2015, including two at MAMA, two Seoul Music Awards and the Melon Music Awards for best dance performance.
In October 2015, Bastarz made their Japanese debut with the release of the single Hinko Zero, which reached number 20 on the Oricon charts.
The following year, the second Korean release of Bastarz was released. On October 24, 2016, the single "Selfish & Beautiful Girl" was released, written by hand with software. The follow-up single, entitled “Make It Rain,” written by Dean, was released on October 31st with the mini album Welcome 2 Bastarz, which took 6th place on the Gaon album charts. The following week, the unit released a video surprise for the song “That's Right,” in which members filmed each other while traveling.
The software received lyric titles for all five songs on Welcome 2 Bastarz and compositional titles for Selfish & Beautiful Girl, That's Right, and The Hidden Girl, while Bomb received both lyrics and songs for Tightly ".
On March 1, 2017, the Korea Times Music Festival announced on its official Facebook that Bastarz will perform at the Hollywood Bowl festival every year.
