"French Martini" ( English French Martini ) - a cocktail based on vodka , raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice . It is classified as an aperitif . It is among the official cocktails of the International Barmen Association (IBA), the category "Drinks of a New Era" ( Eng. New Era Drinks ) [1] .

History
The French Martini cocktail was first blended in the 1980s in one of New York 's bars. In 1996, the cocktail entered the Balthazar McNelly drinks menu in Soho. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the cocktail was designated as βRenaissanceβ.
Recipe and Ingredients
Composition:
- vodka - 45 ml
- raspberry liqueur - 15 ml
- pineapple juice - 15 ml
- lemon zest - optional.
Cooking Method: Shake & Strain . The ingredients (components) are mixed with ice in a mixing glass ( shaker ), beat, then filtered and filtered into a cocktail glass or Martini glass. In the finished cocktail (optional) squeeze the lemon zest [2] [3] .
