Biography
Sokolsky's parents are circus performers . Real surname Ershov. From childhood, Sergey performed in the circus as an acrobat . It was first seen in the play " At the bottom ". He began performing on stage in 1907 . Sokolsky accompanied his verses with dance . Thanks to his artistry, Sokolsky fell in love with the public . In the First World War, he praised the courage of soldiers, ridiculed speculators . February 8, 1918 Sokolsky was shot by the Bolsheviks who captured Kiev. Sokolsky’s works were subsequently performed by many other couplets.
