Biography
Born on July 8, 1940 in the village of Novoilinovka, Kustanai region.
In 1962 - graduated from the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Institute .
From 1962 to 1980, he worked at the Sokolovsko-Sarbaisky mining and processing plant .
From 1980 to 1988 - the chief engineer of LGOK, from 1988 to 1997 - the general director of LGOK .
President of the Union of Mining Industrialists of Russia since 1997.
From 1993 to 1994 - Vice-President of the Association of Privatized and Private Enterprises.
Member of the Board of Directors of Belgorodpromstroybank, member of the editorial board of Promyshlennaya Gazeta, member of the management board of the Gorniy Journal, President of the Union of Miners of Russia.
Academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering .
The author of a large number of scientific papers and publications, has 18 copyright certificates and 6 patents for inventions.
