Muhammad al-Fatil ( Arabic: محمد عبدالحكيم آل فتيل , January 4, 1992 , El Katif ) is a Saudi footballer , defender of the Saudi team and Al-Ahly club from Jeddah.

Club career
Muhammad al-Fatil began to play football in the club Al-Taraji from his native El Katif . In 2011, he joined Al-Ahli from Jeddah. On January 11, 2012, al-Fatil made his debut in the Saudi Pro League , replacing in the end of the guest match against the “ Hajer ” [1] . In the following years, he occasionally appeared on the field. On January 3, 2014, he scored his first goal at the highest level, opening an account in the away game with Al-Oruba [2] . It was only in the 2016/17 season that Muhammad al-Fatil began to leave almost constantly in the starting lineup of Al-Ahli.
Team Career
On December 9, 2012, Muhammad al-Fatil made his debut with the Saudi team in the 2012 West Asian Football Federation Championship match in Kuwait against the Iranian team [3] , having entered the field in the starting lineup. He also played the two remaining Saudi matches in this tournament. The next time he played for the national team almost four years later in a friendly match with Laos , appearing on the field after the break [4] .
In December 2018, he was included in the application for the Asian Cup 2019 . On January 8, in the first match of the group stage against the DPRK, he scored a goal in the 37th minute of the game, making the score 2-0. As a result, the Saudi national team inflicted a devastating defeat with a score of 4: 0.
