Kostantius (d. 286 ) - a holy Roman warrior from the Thebes legion . Memorial Day - September 18th .
According to legend, having survived the extermination of the legion, St. Constantius and his surviving comrades took refuge in , in the current province of Cuneo . Among them were Constantine, Dalmatius, Desiderius, Isidore, Magnus , Olympus, Pontius, Theodore and Victor. They dedicated their lives to preaching the Christian faith, and all but Costanius were soon killed by the Roman authorities. After them and St. Constantius was beheaded on a mountain called .
