Biography
In the documents related to the election to the Duma, appears Russian [1] . He was a peasant in the village of Gurovka in the Bokovskaya volost of the Alexandria district of the Kherson province. He had no education [2] , but contemporary sources characterize him as literate [3] . Engaged in farming on his allotment. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.
On February 6, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress of commissioners from the volosts of the Kherson province . He joined the non-partisan group. He did not take an active part in the work of the Duma commissions; he did not speak out of the Duma tribune.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
