The Conference of Catholic Bishops of Russia (CCER) is a collegial body of the national church administration of the Roman Catholic Church in Russia . Founded and approved on March 2, 1999 .

Plenary meetings
Plenary meetings of the Conference are held twice a year.
CCER Chairmen
One of the bishops may be elected Chairperson of the CCER. The chairman is elected for a term of 3 years. You can hold a post no more than two times in a row.
- Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz from 1999 to 2005 ;
- Bishop Joseph Werth from 2005 to 2011 ;
- Archbishop Paolo Pezzi from 2011 to 2017 ;
- Bishop Clemens Pickkel from 2017 to the present.
Composition
The structure of CCER includes the heads of 4 dioceses located on the territory of Russia, and the Secretary General of CCER. Currently, KKER includes:

Catholic New Martyrs of Russia
On January 30, 2002, the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Russia approved the program “ Catholic New Martyrs of Russia ”, within the framework of which studies are conducted on the life, work and death of the Servants of God - candidates for being blessed ( beatification ).
