Biography
Born July 17, 1955 in Efremovka (Pavlodar region, Pavlodar region). It comes from the genus kanzhigaly tribe argyn [1] . He graduated from the Pavlodar Industrial Institute in 1978 (mechanical engineer) and the Manager Training Center at the G.V. Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in 1996 (master of economics). He worked as a process engineer at the AP-162/7 institution in Pavlodar, as a mechanic at the automobile depot of the Pavlodarsselstroy trust; also served as deputy head of the Ermakovsky ATP and deputy director of the TSF in the city of Ekibastuz from 1978 to 1986. Until 1992 - Director of the Ekibastuz Brewery.
Worked in the city administration of Ekibastuz since 1992, served as deputy head of the Ekibastuz city administration and first deputy head of the Pavlodar city administration. In 1995 - 1998 he served as akim of the city of Ekibastuz. Member of the Nur Otan Party. He later worked in the following posts:
- Deputy Head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Pavlodar Region (1998-1999)
- Head of the North Kazakhstan Department for Statistics and Analysis (1999-2001);
- Head of the Department of Roads in Pavlodar Region (2001-2003);
- Head of the Department of Akim of Pavlodar region (2003)
- Akim of the city of Aksu (December 2003 - July 2007) [2]
He was elected to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan IV convocation from the party "Nur Otan" (2007-2011), a member of the Committee on Ecology and Nature Management. He worked as an observer for the IPA CIS in the parliamentary elections in Belarus in 2008 [3] .
Wife - Damezhan Baybulatovna Tulendina, son - Yerzhan, ecologist, deputy chairman of the public association "World of Ecology" [4] .
