Yerlan Kaparovich Aymukashev ( Kaz. Erlan Қaparұly Aymевashev , born March 18, 1970 , Pavlodar , Kazakh SSR , USSR ) - Kazakh state official, akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk from April 20, 2016 to May 3, 2017 [1] .

Biography
He graduated from the Pavlodar Pedagogical Institute in 1992 with a degree in “teacher”. He taught at the Pavlodar Pedagogical Institute from 1992 to 1996.
From 1996 to 1998 - manager of Danat LLP. He graduated from Pavlodar University in 1998 with a degree in economics and management.
He worked from 1998 to 2001 in the government of Pavlodar region :
- Chief Specialist of the Administration of Akim Galymzhan Zhakiyanova (May 1998 - December 2000)
- Head of the Department for Protocol Support for Akim Affairs (December 2000 - March 2001).
From April to November 2001 - Executive Director of the public fund of IC Irtysh.
With the advent of the new akim of the region Danial Akhmetov - again in the government of Pavlodar region:
- Head of the Department of Tourism and Sports (December 2001 - December 2002)
- Assistant to akim of the region (December 2002 - July 2003).
From July 2003 to January 2007 he was an assistant to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
When Akhmetov moved to the post of Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007, Aimukashev also went to military service. The military service under the contract was held in Astana in 2007 - 2010, the rank is Major [2] . During military service, he was appointed adviser to the Minister of Defense, then - head of the sports committee of the Central Army Sports Club (2008 - 2010) [3] .
From February to March 2012 - Acting Head of the Secretariat, member of the Board (Minister) for Energy and Infrastructure ( Moscow ), then until December 2014 - Head of the Secretariat.
From February 2015 to April 2016 he was the head of the administration of the akim of the East Kazakhstan region . On April 20, 2016 he was appointed Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk [4] . May 3, 2017 resigned due to family circumstances (father's illness) [5] .
He is fond of sports: volleyball, swimming, tennis and skiing. He played hockey, a fan of the hockey club " Torpedo " [6] .
