The square named after Sergey Tyulenin is a green urban zone, which is located at the intersection of Truzhenikov Street and Stachka Avenue in Rostov-on-Don [1] . The square is named after General I.V. Tyulenev , which is captured on the city maps of 1986 and 1989. History
