Biography
Born on June 9, 1907 in Vinnitsa. He graduated from a six-year school and worked at a sugar factory. In 1929 he graduated from the technical school of the Polytechnic Institute, after graduation he worked as an engineer.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the I convocation from the Abat electoral district of the Omsk region (1938-1947) [1] .
In 1932 he was drafted into the Red Army, in 1939 he graduated from the engineering department of the Air Force Engineering Academy .
In 1939-1940 - Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Northern Sea Route at the Council of People's Commissars. In the years 1940−1943 - head of the political department of the People’s Commissariat of morphlot, deputy commissar of the navy.
Since September 1944, he was the Commissioner of the State Defense Committee , and then the head of the Danube Military Transport Administration.
July 11, 1945 awarded the title of Major General of the Engineering Service. In the years 1949−1953 - the head of the central aircraft repair base. In 1952−1963 he worked as director of an aircraft factory.
Since May 22, 1963 - in stock. He died in Moscow on June 9, 1975, was buried at the Don cemetery [2]
