Vikenty Aleksandrovich Zheludkovsky ( February 26, 1936 , Berdyansk , now Zaporizhzhya region - January 27, 2009 , Simferopol , Crimea , Ukraine ) - Ukrainian Soviet party leader, 1st secretary of the Simferopol city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 11th convocation. Member of the Audit Commission of the KPU in 1986 - 1990.

Biography
He graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute named after Artem.
In 1959 - 1962 - the precinct mine surveyor of Mine No. 8, the Tajikadugil mine department of the Tajik SSR.
Member of the CPSU since 1961 .
In 1962 - 1966 - an engineer, foreman, chief engineer in the construction trusts of the Crimea region. In 1966 - 1971 - secretary of the party committee of the trust "Krymselstroy". In 1971 - 1973 - in the office of the Crimean Regional Committee of the Communist Party.
He graduated from the Sevastopol Instrument Engineering Institute and the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In 1973 - 1976 - the manager of the trust "Krymstroydetal." In 1976 - 1980 - General Director of the Crimean Regional Association of Building Materials.
In 1980 - 1984 - 2nd Secretary of the Simferopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine of the Crimea region.
From 1984 to 1988 - 1st Secretary of the Simferopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine of the Crimea.
Then he worked in commercial structures. He was the director of Sandy. In 2004 - 2006 - General Director of the Krymzhelezobeton company. He was elected deputy of the Simferopol City Council from the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYuT).
