Biography
Born in 1908 in a large family in a settlement near Kazan.
In 1927, he came to Leningrad and entered the Admiralty Plant as a low-skilled worker, cleaned railway tracks. He became a mechanic's assistant, then a fitter. He was admitted to the Komsomol in 1928. In 1930 he joined the CPSU (b) and after that organized the first factory Admiralty Komsomol-youth brigade. She was given the task of assembling a 650-horsepower car. After completing this task, the team in three years achieved performance indicators comparable with foreign counterparts of that time [1] .
He was appointed a Komsomol of the workshop, was elected a member of the bureau of the guild party. was elected. In April 1936, he became a delegate to the X Congress of the Komsomol, and in December of that year, he became a delegate to the Extraordinary VIII All-Union Congress of Soviets, which adopted the Constitution of the USSR.
He was elected a deputy of the Oktyabrsky District Council (1930-1934), a deputy of the Leningrad City Council (1934-1938), a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the I convocation from the Krasnoflotsky constituency of the city of Leningrad (1938-1947) [2] .
A resident of besieged Leningrad (1941-1944). During the war, Mikhail Grigorievich continued to work in the shop, fulfilling orders of the front.
He died in 1973. In memory of him, a memorial plaque was erected on the facade of the 16th workshop of the Admiralty Association on October 29, 1976 [1] .
