A Brief History
The party was founded by supporters of Drasius Kiedis (1971-2010), who became notorious for accusations of the murder of two people who allegedly raped his young daughter, Deimante. Kedyus died under unknown circumstances in 2010; the press believed that the relatives and friends of those killed were avenged. Among the supporters and founders of the party are Drasius' sister, hairdresser and judge Nyaringa Vyankenskie. The name of the party echoes the name Drasius, which is translated from Lithuanian as “courage” [4] .
The party program involves the fight against corruption in Lithuania and changes in the judicial system. The party leader is the former priests of the city of Garliava, Jonas Varkala. The party in the 2012 elections unexpectedly gained 8% of the vote and won 7 seats in the Sejm of Lithuania, but lost all seats in the next election. During a stay in parliament, the party initiated investigations into large officials, in response to which it was often accused of pro-Russian and Kremlin propaganda [5] .
After 2016, its members participated in the creation of the Lithuanian List Party.
