Lidia Afanasyevna Gromoglasova (born March 3, 1957, Kolyvan ) - the head of Biysk (June-October 2006, from 2011 to present).

Biography
Born in the village of Kolyvan, Zmeinogorsk district of the Altai Territory . In 1979, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute with a degree in Accounting Economist, with honors.
In 1979-1991 she lived in Belarus and Moscow at the place of service of her husband. She worked as the chief accountant of the department of culture of the Bobruisk city executive committee, an instructor for work among families of military personnel.
In 1991, the family moved to Biysk for distribution. Lidia Gromoglasova in 1992-2004 worked in the financial authorities of the city. She went from economist to deputy head of the financial department of the administration, headed the committee for managing municipal property of Biysk.
In April 2004, she was appointed First Deputy Mayor. From June to November 2006, she acted as head of the city. In March 2008, she was elected deputy and chairman of the city council of Biysk of the V convocation.
In July 2011, she was elected head of the city.
