Arz-e-Mathieu ( French Arts et Métiers , translated from French - Arts and Crafts ) is an interchange hub for lines 3 and 11 of the Paris Metro. It got its name from the nearby National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts and the museum of the same name.

Content
History
The station opened on October 19, 1904. The first was the hall of line 3 on the Villiers - Pere Lachaise section. On April 28, 1935, Line 11 Hall opened as part of its first Chatelet launch site, Port de Lila .
The passenger flow at the entrance in 2011, according to RATP , amounted to 3859066 people [2] . In 2013, passenger flow increased slightly and amounted to 4036745 people, which brought the interchange hub to 121 place in terms of passenger flow [3] .
Design
In 1994, the Paris metro station Arz-e-Mathieu, thanks to the Belgian artist Francois Chuitin acquired the appearance of a submarine from the works of Jules Verne and designed in the style of steampunk [4] [5] .
Track Development
On the lines Arz-e-Metier - Republik line 11 and Arz-e-Metier - Reaumur - Sevastopol line 3 there are woolly congresses. There is also a single-track service connecting branch between these stages, which allows you to turn line 11 from line Rambuto to line 3.
