Sadykjan Baltabaev (1904 - 03/28/1938) - activist of the CPSU (b) , 3rd Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan . He was a member of the special trio of the NKVD of the USSR .

Biography
Sadykjan Baltabaev was born in 1904. In 1922 he joined the CPSU (b) .
- 1928-1929 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the District Council (Uzbek SSR).
- 1929-1931 - Chairman of the Central Control Commission of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan
- 1929-1931 - People's Commissar of the Workers and Peasants Inspection of the Uzbek SSR.
- July 13, 1930 - January 26, 1934 - member of the Central Control Commission of the CPSU (b) [1] .
- 1934 - 6.1937 - 1st Secretary of the Tashkent city committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan.
- June 17, 1937 [2] - August 28, 1937 [3] - 3rd Secretary of the Central Committee of the CP (b) of Uzbekistan. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [4] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [5] .
The final stage
Arrested on August 28, 1937. Sentenced by the HCVF of the USSR to the VMN . Shot March 28, 1938 [6] .
