Born in 1938 . Armenian Non-partisan. Secondary education.

Since 1956 - the installer of the Yerevan Electric Lamp Plant .

Member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 9th convocation (1974-1979) on behalf of Yerevan on behalf of the 26 commissioners of constituency No. 386 of the Armenian SSR. Member of the Commission on Trade, Consumer Services and Utilities of the Council of Nationalities.
