Biography
Born November 6, 1875 in Putivl. He studied at the Putivl city real school.
November 10, 1892 entered the service in the 130th Kherson Infantry Regiment. In 1896 he graduated from the Chuguev Infantry Junker School, received the rank of second lieutenant . He served in the 41st Selenginsky Infantry Regiment. Since September 1, 1900 - lieutenant .
Member of the Russian-Japanese war as part of the 36th East Siberian Rifle Regiment. October 3, 1904 was wounded in the battle for Putilovsky hill. Distinguished in battle, promoted to headquarters captain .
After the war ended on February 9, 1906 he returned to his 41st Selenginsky Infantry Regiment. Since September 1, 1908 - captain . Member of the First World War , Colonel . Commander of the 615th Kiveretsky Infantry Regiment (from January 12, 1917).
In the army of the Ukrainian State - the commander of the 1st Lutsk Infantry Regiment of the 1st Volyn Corps. He remained at his post after the anti-Hetman uprising. In early 1919 - in the troops of the Northern Group of the UPR Army. Commander of the 18th Infantry Division of the UPR Army since May 17, 1919. Since April of that year he was in the reserve of ranks. In the fall of 1919 he was captured by the White Guard, from where he returned from Constantinople in 1920.
Since June 1920 - in the UNR Army . The head of the army supply - from September 1 of the same year. Interned in Polish camps at the end of 1920. As of March 27, 1921, it was withdrawn from the lists of the personnel of the UPR Army.
