Matias Damian Oyola ( Spanish: Matías Damián Oyola ; born October 15, 1984 in Rio Quarto , Argentina ) is an Ecuadorian footballer of Argentinean origin, a midfielder of the Barcelona club and the Ecuador national team .

Ojola is a graduate of River Plate Club. To get playing practice, he played on a rental basis for the club Examples B “ Defensores de Belgrano ” and “ Gimnasiyu Juhui ”. In 2006, Matthias returned to River Plate, but played only three matches for the main team in the Argentinean Example . In 2007, Ojola did not play for Belgrano briefly, and then moved to Independente . On December 9, in the match against Arsenal from Sarandi, he scored his first goal for the team [2] .

In the summer of 2008, Matthias moved to Colon . On August 10, in a match against his former River Plate club, he made his debut for a new club [3] . On February 14, 2009, Oyola scored his first goal for Kolon in a duel against his former club Gimnasia Khuhui [4] .

In the summer of 2009, Matthias left Argentina and signed a contract with Ecuadorian Barcelona from Guayaquil . On July 19, in a match against Porteviejo LDU, he made his debut in the Ecuadorian Example [5] . On August 6, in a duel against LDU, Quito Oyola scored his first goal for Barcelona. [6] On August 25, 2010, he scored a goal in the match of the South American Cup against the Peruvian Cesar Vallejo [7] . In the same year, Matthias helped the club win the championship . On August 9, 2012, he scored the ball in a duel of the South American Cup against the Venezuelan “ Deportivo Tachira ” [8] . In 2016, Ojola became the champion of Ecuador for the second time.

International Career

Ojola was born in Argentina, but due to the fact that he played in Ecuador for a long time, he was able to obtain Ecuadorian citizenship. On October 11, 2016, in the qualifying match of the 2018 World Cup against the Bolivian national team, Matias made his debut for the Ecuador national team [9] .
