Muensterella scutellaris (lat.) - fossil species of cephalopods from the order of vampyromorphs (Vampyromorpha). The only species of the genus and family. They lived in the Jurassic period (from 150.8 to 145.5 million years ago). The imprints of these mollusks are known in the Zolnhofen limestone , Germany [1] .
