Allohruza ( lat. Allochrusa ) is a genus of plants of the family of carnations ( Caryophyllaceae ), previously included in the genus Thistle ( Acanthophyllum ).

Content
Perennial herbs and dwarf shrubs with actively branching stems, forming pillows similar in form to spherical.
Leaves without thorns.
Most species contain saponins in the roots. Roots can be harvested as a raw material called “Turkestan soap root”. Can be used in the food industry, previously used in textile production as a natural detergent.
