History
Founded in 2000 by merging clubs Sinot and Slovak Slavia. The first name was "1.FK Sinot". But in 2004, due to a corruption scandal, the club lost its title sponsor, Sinot, and was renamed FC Slovacko. The highest achievement of the club is the double final of the national cup. In 2005, Slovatsko lost to Baniko 1: 2, and in 2009 lost to the football club Teplice 0: 1.
