Biography
Born in 1917 in a peasant family in the Voronezh province.
Graduated from Voronezh State University.
Since 1938 he served in the Soviet Army. Since 1941, at the front.
After demobilization in 1942, he began his career as deputy head of the construction department, until 1955 he worked as head of the industrial enterprises department of the Glavzapadneftestroy trust in Baku.
From 1955, he was the chairman of the May 1 collective farm, and from 1964 to 1970 he was the director of the May 1 collective farm of the Masalli district. Since 1970, the head of the main department of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR "Azerkonservplodozyot".
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated April 30, 1966, Sergey Nikolayevich Bryzgalin was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for the successes achieved in the production and procurement of vegetables with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle.
Actively participated in the socio-political life of the country. Member of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan SSR from the sixth to the eighth convocation. He was elected to the Supreme Council of the 8th convocation from the Yenikend constituency No. 200 of the Azerbaijan SSR. Member of the CPSU since 1940. Candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan.
He died in 1977. He was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery in Moscow.
