Vsevolod Ivanovich Korolev (1820-1902) - Honorary Citizen of Tomsk (1891). Together with his brother participated in gold mining. The condition exceeded 1,000,000 rubles.

Engaged in charity. He allocated significant funds for the arrangement of the city boulevard in Tomsk (now - Kirova Avenue ). In response, he demanded to name the boulevard in his honor.
Awarded two orders.
The Korolev brothers opened an orphanage in Tomsk in 1874, and in 1892 a poorhouse for men (preserved on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street , 17 and 19), providing buildings for them and making a large sum of money for their maintenance. He was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Tomsk .
He was buried in the cemetery of the Tomsk St. John the Baptist Monastery , in Soviet times, the grave was lost.
