Biography

Born in the family of a middle peasant. In 1931 he graduated from a nine-year school in the village of Krupets in the Kursk region. Member of the Komsomol.

In June - July 1931, he was a mason at the construction of the Zaporizhzhya Aluminum Plant. In July 1931 - August 1932 - Deputy Secretary of the Komsomol Committee on the construction of the Zaporizhzhya Aluminum Plant.

In August 1932 - in May 1938 - a student at the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute.

In May - November 1938 - engineer at the Nikopol Pipe Plant in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

In November 1938 - September 1939, he was an annual cadet of the 136th howitzer artillery regiment of the Belarusian Military District. In September 1939 - December 1940, Executive Secretary of the Komsomol Bureau of the 318th howitzer artillery regiment of the Belarusian Military District.

Member of the CPSU (b) since December 1940 .

Since January 1941 - instructor of industrial training of the Zaporizhzhya regional department of labor reserves. At the beginning of the German-Soviet war, he was evacuated to the eastern regions of the USSR. In January-October 1942, he was the foreman of workshop No. 35 of factory No. 252 in the city of Stalin, Novosibirsk Region. In October 1942 - October 1944, he was the party organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, plant No. 526 in the city of Stalin, Novosibirsk Region.

In October 1944 - November 1946 - student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in Moscow.

In November 1946 - December 1948 - 2nd Secretary of the Voroshilov City Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Voroshilovgrad Region. In December 1948 - February 1951 - 1st Secretary of the Voroshilov (now Alchevsk) city committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Voroshilovgrad region.

In February - August 1951 - 2nd Secretary of the Voroshilovgrad Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

August 23, 1951 - September 26, 1952 - Deputy Head of the 5th Directorate of the USSR Ministry of State Security (MGB) in Moscow.

September 26, 1952 - March 19, 1953 - Head of the Directorate of the Ministry of State Security in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. In April 1953 he was dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but in September 1953 he was reinstated.

September 22, 1953 - June 5, 1954 - Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. June 5, 1954 - February 11, 1956 - Head of the KGB Directorate for the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

February 11, 1956 - May 6, 1961 - Chairman of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR. In June - October 1961 - at the disposal of the KGB Personnel Office under the USSR Council of Ministers.

Since October 1961 - retired in Moscow.
