Vulgrin II ( Fr. Vulgrin II ; 1085/1095 - September 16, 1140 ) - Count of Angouleme from the Tylefer dynasty. The son of Guillaume V Tyler and his wife Vitapua de Benoj.

Born in the period 1085/1095 (sometimes called 1089). Inherited the title of Count Angouleme after the death of his father in 1120.
In 1127, he conquered the city of Bly from the Duke of Aquitaine and returned it to Joffre Rüdel (whom some historians consider Vulgrin II’s son-in-law).
The first marriage was married to Ponce, daughter of Roger Puatevintse de Montgomery , Count de La March. From her son:
- Guillaume VI Tylefer (d. 1179), Count of Angouleme.
The second wife is Amabla, daughter of the Viscount Amalric de Chatellerault. Three children were born in the marriage:
- Fulco
- Geoffrey Martell, in 1163-1164, along with Hugo VIII de Lusignan participated in the crusade , including the battle of Arta. Further fate is not known.
