The street arose at the beginning of the 20th century , had the name Feodosivskaya. In the 1920s, it was named (3rd) Kotovsky Street , in honor of the Soviet military leader Grigory Kotovsky . In 1941-1943 - Average . The modern name in honor of the Belarusian partisan Konstantin Zaslonov - since 1955 [2] .
