Cherepanovsky Electric Networks ( BSEC ) is an enterprise in the city of Cherepanovo, Novosibirsk Region , serving four districts ( Suzunsky , Maslyaninsky , Cherepanovsky and Iskitimsky ) and the city of Berdsk .

The BSEC is a branch of JSC Regional Electric Networks. The number of employees is almost 600 people. Director - Tolkalin Yury Nikolaevich.
The company was founded March 6, 1964. At that time, there was only one substation on the BSEC balance sheet - Maslyaninskaya.
At the BSEC since 1993, there is the Town of Power Engineers - the only one in the Novosibirsk Region. The idea of compactly settling specialists and arranging holidays for them belongs to the former BSEC director Arkady Zvonkov . As a result, a residential neighborhood was built, infrastructure developed.
Currently, Cherepanovsky electrical networks have on balance:
- 110/35/10 kV substations - 50 pcs .;
- RP-10 kV - 9 pcs .;
- TP 10 / 0.4 kV - 1457 pcs.
On the basis of the BSEC, the TV channel TV CHES and the newspaper Nasha Gazeta were created.
