Biography

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.

  • In 1931 - 1936 he studied at the Moscow Aviation Institute .
  • From May 1936 to April 1938 - Head of the Technical Department, Technical Department of OTM Aviation Plant No. 119 (Moscow).
  • From April to December 1938 - student of the Central School of the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR .
  • From January to May 1939 - Head of Division V of the GUGB Directorate of the NKVD of the USSR, Senior Lieutenant of State Security.
  • From May 1939 to February 1940, he was the head of the Personnel Department of the USSR People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs.
  • From February 1940 to December 1942 - Consul General of the USSR in New York (USA) .
  • From November 12, 1942 to June 2, 1943 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the USSR in Mexico [1] .
  • From October 1943 to March 1946 he was a junior military representative of Plant No. 26 ( Ufa ).
  • From March to June 1946 - junior military representative of the plant number 500 ( Tushino, Moscow region).
  • From June 1946 to February 1947, he was the junior military representative of Plant No. 41 ( Moscow ).

  • From August 1949 to July 1950 - student of the Advanced Engineering Courses at the Air Force Engineering Academy. N.E. Zhukovsky .
  • From August 1950 to July 1959, he was a military representative of Plant No. 45 (Moscow).
  • Since July 1959, he has been the military representative of the factory of PO Box No. 299 (Moscow).
