- In ancient Rome, the rights of freedmen are limited. Appius Claudius Tsek compiled and published a collection of formulas used in legal proceedings. Gnei Flavius ( scribe ) consecrated the Temple of Concord , overcoming the resistance of the great pontiff Cornelius Scipio Barbat , who forbade the consecration of the temple to be not a consul. Flavius approved the new order of chronology .
- Peace between Rome and the Samnites . The Samnites give way to Campania and some minor districts to Rome and are accepted into an equal union. Victory over the Eques , 31 city of EQs taken, their tribe almost destroyed. The triumph of Publius Sulpicia .

- The Athenians reconciled Rhodes with Demetrius . Rhodes is forced to form an alliance with Antigonus . - Demetrius captured Phila and Panact, where the detachments of Kassandra stood, and went to the Peloponnese , occupied the entire Rocky coast and Arcadia , except for Mantinea , and cleared the guard detachments of Sikion , Argos and Corinth . In Acrocorinth, he left the garrison. In Argos, he took command of the games, married Deidamia, the sister of Pyrrhus , and was proclaimed leader of Hellas.
