Frederic de Montbeliard ( fr. Frédéric Ier de Montbéliard , German: Friedrich I. von Pfirt ; c. 1095 - 1160 ) - Count of Ferreta and Altkirch from 1105, from the Montbeliard House .
The son of Thierry (Dietrich) I , Count of Montbeliard, Ferretta, Altkirch and Bar, and his wife Ermentruda of Burgundy.
In the division of paternal possessions received Ferret and Altkirch.
In his youth, he was cured of paralysis thanks to the holy Morand of Klunijsky.
In 1111 he married Petriss Zeringen (d. 1115), the daughter of Bertold II , Duke of Zeringen. Widowed, married Stephanie (Etienette) de Vaudemont, daughter of Gerard I , Count de Vaudemont.
