Biography
In 1996, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture with a degree in Bibliography and Library Science, and in 2001 he graduated from the University of the Russian Academy of Education with a degree in Civil Law. Jurisprudence".
From 1993 to 2003 he served in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. Major Customs (retired).
The author of six books (including two co-authored). One of the books, The Secret Services of the Third Reich (in two volumes), is devoted to the activities of the Abwehr and the General Directorate of Imperial Security (RSHA) against the USSR. In particular, information is provided on the collaborationist Russian Liberation Army , the 29th Grenadier Division of the SS “RONA” , the 14th Grenadier Division of the SS (“Galicia”) , the formations of the Belorussian regional defense , the Turkestan Legion , pro-Nazi sabotage units and the police [3] .
In a book published in 2006 under the title Ukrainian Legion , Chuev spoke about the activities of Ukrainian nationalists against the Russian Empire. The book contains evidence of the genocide of the Russian people in Galicia and the planned destruction of the entire Russian in Western Ukraine in the first decades of the 20th century. A special place in the book is given to the cooperation of Ukrainian nationalists with Nazi Germany. The activities of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), the 14th SS Grenadier Division (Halychyna) and the Ukrainian National Army are covered in detail. The book is based on documents stored in the archives of the FSB, including the correspondence of the German administration, testimonies of participants and rare photographs. [3] [4]
