Biography
After graduating from the State College of Cinematography , since 1928 he worked as a cameraman of scientific films. Since 1933, director of science films. Among the films: “Volcanoes” (1945, director of photography), “Plants of Predators” (1947, director of photography), film competition “Botany” (1949-1954, with other directors), “At the Threshold of Consciousness” (1957), “Atoms carry life” (1959), “Through the eyes of a poet” (1964); according to his own script - “On the verge of two worlds” (1962, prize of the International Film Festival in Venice, 1963, prize of the All-Union Film Festival, 1964), “Artist Mayakovsky” (1965), “Page 100” (1969, script with I. S. Tupikin , director with M. M. Kligman).
