Content
Story
The Kingdom of Dova is divided into 13 autonomous districts, in each of which there are various institutions and services, which in turn are controlled by an organization known as ACCA. Gene Otas is the deputy head of one of these services, the Inspection Department , which has branches in each of 13 districts, with a head office in the capital. They track all the activities of ACCA, as well as collect and store data about it. Jin himself, on duty, often goes on business trips with checks throughout the kingdom.

Protagonists
Jin Otas ( ジ ー ン ・ オ ー タ ス Ji: n O: tasu ) is the main protagonist of history, deputy head of the central office of the Inspection Department , also known as Jin Smoker . He is very smart, usually has a drooping and detached look. She always carries her signature cigarette case with her, loves bread and strawberries. Gene lives with her sister on the top floor of a luxury house located in the city center. He often expresses dissatisfaction with his work in ACCA and even several times filed requests for translation, but Grossular denies this and claims that no requests have been received. Jin is the son of Princess Shne, the second Princess of the Kingdom of Dov, the daughter of King Falk II, and Karl Otas.

Nino ( ニ ー ノ Ni: but ) is a close friend of Jin since school. He works as an independent reporter, and loves motorcycles and chocolate. In fact, he is an officer in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of ACCA , a structure that is beyond the jurisdiction of even the Inspection Department . His code name is Crow . When Gene and Lotta were born, he began helping his father spy on the Otas family. He met Gene in high school, in which his father enrolled him despite the fact that Nino was already 25 years old. After the train wrecked, he decided to continue his father's work and began to take care of his brother and sister who had lost their parents. Grossular was also assigned to Gene to monitor him and report directly to the ACCA Board of Directors .

Lotta Otas ( Jap. ロ ッ タ ・ オ ー タ ス Rotta O: tasu ) is Jin's younger sister. He is the manager in the house where they both live and rent the rest of the apartment.

The series was published in six volumes [4] , the first was published on November 25, 2013 [5] , and the sixth and last was December 24, 2016 [6] .

Anime
The creation of anime adaptations was announced in May 2016 [11] . It was directed by Shingo Natsume , the script was written by Tomohiro Suzuki , Madhouse Studios was engaged in animation, Norifumi Kugai was responsible for the character design, and Ryo Takahashi became the composer [12] . The series premiered on January 10, 2017, it was broadcast on Tokyo MX , SUN , KBS , TSC , BS11 [3] .
The opening song “Shadow and Truth” was performed by ONE III NOTES [13] , and the closing song Pale Moon ga Yureteru ( Japanese ペ ー ル ム ー ン が ゆ れ て る ) by Ira Yuki [14] .
ONA Acca-kun no ACCA Koza ( Japanese ア ッ カ ァ く ん の ACCA 講座 letters. “Akka-kun's tour of ACCA” ) produced by W-Toon Studio began its release on the official anime twitter in November 2016. Her main character is an original mascot character named Akka-kun ( ア ッ カ ァ く ん ) , voiced by Ayumu Murase [15] .
