Tarasenko, Nikolai Fedorovich

Nikolai Fedorovich Tarasenko (* October 25, 1919 , Simferopol - July 26, 2017 ) - Russian writer ( poet , prose writer ). Member of the Union of Writers of the Ukrainian SSR (since 1960). He writes in Russian. Died July 26, 2017 in Sevastopol.

Biography

Nikolai Tarasenko was born into a working class family. In 1937 he graduated from the medical school in Alushta and entered the Crimean Pedagogical Institute. In 1940 he moved to the naval school in Sevastopol .

He participated in the Great Patriotic War . He was in the army until 1946. Tarasenko was awarded military medals.

Since 1946, he worked as an artist in various military units and institutions, in a newspaper, in a publishing house.

Creativity

He began to write and print poetry , studying at a pedagogical institute. During the war years it was published in the front-line press.

The first poetry collection was published in 1958.

The collection “Beyond the Parthenon” (1992) presents the prose fantastic works of the author.
