The star is located in the open star cluster NGC 884 , which is part of the Double Cluster in Perseus [9] .
Variability
Is a semi-regular variable star . The apparent magnitude varies from 7.82 to 10.0 within 245 days [3] .
Features
The star is from the Sun at a distance of about 8000 sv. years old . Luminosity probably reaches about or more than 80 thousand units. The effective temperature is approximately 3500 K. The mass of the star is 12-15 times more than the solar mass . And the radius is about 800 solar . RS Perseus is on the list of the largest stars .
