Education

In 1974 he graduated from the Ryazan Higher Automobile Command School , in 2000 - the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration , in 2003 - the Moscow Institute of Economics and Law.

Biography

Since 1974 he served in the Armed Forces, the post of deputy head of the department of automotive training at the Volsky Military School of Logistics (Saratov Region) became the highest step in the military career. In 1998, he resigned [3] .

In 1998-2000 - chief specialist, deputy chairman of the Ryazan Regional Committee of State Statistics.

In 2000-2005 - Chairman of the Ryazan Regional License Chamber.

In 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Samara Tank Plant (SRZ), which produces steel vertical cylindrical tanks for oil and oil products (part of the Volgoburmash holding).

In May 2007, he joined the board of directors of Industrial Commercial AVTOVAZBANK OJSC (AVB Bank).

In September 2010, he became vice president of Master Bank for general issues and joined his board [4] . On December 6, 2010, he left the Master Bank, but on March 9, 2011 he became a member of his board of directors [5] , where he left in 2013 after a license was revoked from a credit institution [6] .

In 2010, he became president of Surguttruboprovodstroy, and in early December 2011, he left this position and took up his own projects. In particular, the production of batteries for Russian Railways at the facilities of NPK Energia LLC, where its ownership share is 51%. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for 2012, Igor Putin was a co-owner of seven companies. In addition to NPK Energia LLC, this is also 25% of Horizont TV LLC, 25% of Stamko LLC, 10% of Burmash Trading House LLC, and from November 25, 2011 - 40% of the newly created SK LLC “Avangard 500” ”, from December 30, 2011 - 33% of LLC Private Security Company“ MTL-Shield ”and 20.8% of LLC“ Ryazan-Neft ” [7] .

In 2012, he headed the project for the construction of the international seaport of Pechenga, 60 km from Murmansk [8] .

By order of the government of August 30, 2012 No. 1573-r, I. A. Putin was included in the Maritime Board under the Government of the Russian Federation (as agreed) [10] .
