Biography
Born July 22, 1916 in Tula .
After graduating from the school of factory apprenticeship at the Tula Arms Plant (specialty - fitter-mechanic) in 1933, he worked at defensive enterprises of Tula. From 1941 to 1946, together with the plant was in evacuation, in Zlatoust ( Chelyabinsk region ). From 1952 to 1987 he worked at the Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering of the USSR Ministry of Defense Industry (until 1966 — Central Design Bureau No. 14). During his career, received 2 copyright certificates .
May 12, 1962 by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR , for the achievement in production and contribution to the development of weapons production Tsarev was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor .
Since 1987 - retired.
He died in Tula on March 15, 1988. He was buried in the city cemetery of Tula No. 1.
