History
It was founded in 1923. In 1928, the Novo-Kulundinka settlement consisted of 67 households, the main population being Russians. As part of the Dolino-Chernavsky Village Council of the Blagoveshchensk District of the Slavgorod District of the Siberian Territory [4] .
