Bondarenko, Lyudmila Vasilievna

Born February 22, 1940 in Kharkov.

In 1961, she graduated from the G.V. Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy .

She worked as a commodity researcher, editor of agricultural literature at the Ekonomika publishing house.

From 1961 to 1969, he was a junior researcher at the Scientific Research Economic Institute of the USSR State Planning Commission.

In the period from 1969 to 1971, he studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

From 1972 to 1979, he was a senior research fellow at the Central Economic Research Institute of the State Planning Commission of the RSFSR and the Scientific Research Institute of Labor of the USSR Ministry of Labor.

From 1979 to 1997 - Head of the sector, head of the department, and since 1998 - head of the Center for Social Policy and Monitoring of Rural Development of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Economics .

In 1997 she defended her doctoral dissertation.

In 2001 - awarded the academic title of professor.

In 2007 - was elected a corresponding member of the RAAS.

In 2014, she was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (as part of the accession of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences to the Russian Academy of Sciences).

Prominent scientist in the development of the social and labor sphere of the village and improving the living standards of the rural population.

He is the author of fundamental scientific research in the field of theory and practice of managing social processes in rural areas, optimizing employment and raising the standard of living of the rural population, and social and engineering arrangement of rural settlements.

Since 1999, under her leadership, on the basis of statistical and sociological observations, the social and labor sphere of the village has been monitored, in which scientists from agricultural universities and research institutes of 25 constituent entities of the Russian Federation participate.

Head of development of the Federal target program “Social development of the village until 2010”, the Program for the creation and preservation of jobs in the agricultural sector for 1998-2000 and for the period until 2005, and other regulatory acts of federal and regional significance aimed at ensuring sustainable economic and social development of rural areas.

She was a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Agrarian Party of Russia .

The author of about 280 scientific papers, including 22 monographs.
