Biography
Born May 2, 1937 in Moscow.
In 1959 she graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry .
From 1959 to 1962 he was a mechanic in the workshop of the New Soap Factory
From 1962 to 1972 she worked at the All-Russian Research Institute of the Meat Industry.
Since 1975, he has been working at Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology, head of the Department of Engineering Technology, and simultaneously (1985-1988) Dean of the Faculty of Biotechnology.
In 1985 she defended her doctoral dissertation, in 1986 she was awarded the academic title of professor .
In 1991 - was elected a corresponding member of the RAAS . In 2014, she became a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (as part of the accession of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences to the Russian Academy of Sciences).
Scientific activity
Prominent scientist in the field of development and creation of equipment for the processing industries of the agro-industrial complex.
He is a co-author of original developments in the field of creating equipment and technical means for the meat processing industry: “Materials for the manufacture of cutting tools for meat grinders and meat products”, CMEA standard “Volchi. Cutting tool. Main dimensions and technical requirements ”; serial production of band saws for cutting meat and bone raw materials; technology of hardening grids for meat grinders by boronation; express method and device for evaluating the quality of meat by color.
The author of about 300 scientific publications, including 27 books and brochures (7 of them are monographs ). She took part in the creation of 31 inventions.
