Ilyashov Mikhail Alexandrovich (born December 25, 1953 ) is a Soviet and Ukrainian scientist and leader in the coal industry. Doctor of Technical Sciences , Professor , Laureate of the State Prize in Science and Technology .

Biographical information
Born in 1953 . He graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute in 1976 with a degree in Technology and Complex Mechanization of Underground Mining of Mineral Deposits.
He began his career at the Ukrainian branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Mining Geomechanics and Mine Surveying, where he worked until 1986. In absentia he graduated from graduate school, in 1984 he defended his thesis. In the period 1987-1992, he was the head of the laboratory at Makeevka State Research Institute for the Safety of Mining . Since 1990 - Senior Researcher at the Institute.
In July 1992, he was appointed deputy tech. Director of the Interdisciplinary Production Association Don, from 1993 to 2004 - Deputy General Director of Energo Concern. In the period 2000-2004 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC UK Criminal Mine "Krasnoarmeyskaya-Zapadnaya No. 1" . In 2000, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Effective and safe development of coal seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena in zones of high rock pressure” [1] . Since 2004, he has been Director of Agriculture and Trade at Donetskstal CJSC.
Author of over 240 scientific publications, including 35 monographs and study guides, 40 inventions.
Awards and titles
Full holder of the Miner Glory badge, Honored Miner of Ukraine , holder of the honorary distinction of the State Supervision Service of Ukraine “For Valiant Service”.
He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine , the Order " Silver Cross of Cossack Glory ."
